Why do I need to complete a consent form?
Completing your Consent Form means you, the customer, give consent and permission to receive your piercing. It is compulsory that every client completes a Consent Form, regardless of the piercing, as the principle of consent is an important part of piercing ethics and international human rights law. Your Consent Form also gives you the opportunity to make the piercer aware of any health or medical conditions you may have that may affect. It is your responsibility to ensure all of the information provided on the Consent Form is accurate and up to date.
Do I have suitable anatomy for my piercing?
Sadly, this is not a question we can simply answer on our website or through our DMs! However, we do offer a FREE consultation service, giving you time with a Piercer to sit down and review your anatomy. To book in, please click here and select the service ‘Anatomy Consultation’.
Will my piercing hurt?
We wish we were able to answer this with a simple ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ for you - but sadly, only you will truly know how painful it will be! It is inarguable that some piercings are a lot less painful than others - such as Ear Lobes compared to a Nipple Piercing, but ultimately everyone’s pain thresholds are different, and what some might find painful, others won't!
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
There is no difference in quality the Jewellery we use for the piercing, simply just the design, size and anodised colour of the piece!

Can I wash my hair with a fresh ear piercing?
Yes, you can wash your hair with a fresh ear piercing, but take care to avoid getting any hair products on the piercing and be mindful not to catch it.
Can I go swimming with a fresh piercing?
We recommend avoiding chlorine for at least 3 weeks after getting a piercing to prevent irritation and infection, as well as large pools of water such as lakes, rivers and of course, the ocean.
My piercing is sore. Is it infected?
It's normal to experience soreness, swelling, crust, and slight bleeding during the initial healing period, which typically lasts a few weeks. However, if you notice pus, a strong odor, excessive swelling, or extreme soreness, it could indicate an infection. Please schedule an appointment with us for an anatomy consultation if you have concerns. Please note, if your piercing is infected, we will recommend seeking medical attention for antibiotics. We are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical treatment.
